Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized padel rackets.
  • OEM or private-label products manufactured to customer specifications.
  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items unless they are defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Inspection and Resolution

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement product
